701 BBQ is owned by a husband and wife team from Grand Forks, ND. Both born and raised in North Dakota we branded our business after the state zip code. Our sandwiches are named after cities in ND. Our specialty is slow-smoked meats, signature sides and house made BBQ sauce. Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Smoked Turkey are our primary meats but we occasionally offer St Louis style ribs and Pork Belly Burnt Ends. You can find our food truck set up most weekends. This is a side gig for us as we both work full-time jobs. We do offer catering anytime of the year! Weddings, graduations, birthday celebrations, office parties—-we do it all.
